Who we are
Oasis 360 Mentoring’s mission is to connect young people with reliable adult mentors and to strengthen the vital relationships in their lives—whether at home, in the community, or at school.
The heart of Oasis 360 Mentoring is the belief that every child deserves at least one adult who is enthusiastic about them. They are seeking mentors who are ready to invest time and energy into helping young people grow, develop, and reach their full potential. By forming strong personal connections, Oasis 360’s mentors guide young people towards positive activities, setting and achieving goals, and improving their behaviour, emotional well-being, and academic performance. Oasis 360 is about being there for young people who face challenges and helping them find hope in difficult situations.
Volunteering with us
Can you spare just one hour a week? Oasis 360 is looking for dedicated mentors from black and ethnic minority backgrounds who can commit to meeting face-to-face with a young person weekly. You could be the perfect mentor if you have commitment, empathy, patience, good listening skills, resilience, and a non-judgmental attitude! No prior experience in youth work is needed.
