Each advert will receive its own dedicated page that volunteers can click through to. In the longer description, you have the flexibility to include as much text as you wish. This section is your opportunity to provide more detailed information about your mentoring opportunity, such as its goals, responsibilities, and potential benefits. You can also include links for further information (though not for direct sign-up). If you prefer, you can simply repeat the shorter description. The longer description is optional but allows you to elaborate if desired.

No, listing your opportunity on the Opportunity Board is completely free for volunteer organisations.

You will receive a notification via the email  contact details you provided, including the mentor’s contact information to facilitate follow-up communication.

The additional notes section is an opportunity for you to share any content or ideas that could contribute to the wider mentoring community. Besides the Opportunity Board, we also have a digital mentoring community and notice board where we share training tips, case studies, success stories, and showcase our partner mentoring organisations. If you have content or would like to create and contribute content such as articles, stories, or training materials, please note this down in the form. Our team will reach out to discuss how this can be incorporated into the community to add value for prospective mentors while further advertising your opportunities to a wider audience.
